Short version: book it, show up on time with ID, take care of it after. The numbers here are the ones checkout uses.
18+ on the day, with a valid photo ID. No exceptions, even with a parent.
Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.
Pay more up front, save more — 20% down (bookings $250+): 5% off, 2 reschedules; paid in full (bookings $100+): 10% off, 3 reschedules.
Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your session. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
Evening sessions (starting 5 PM+) are +$25 · After-hours sessions (starting 7 PM+) are +$50.
Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your session.
1 guest max. No pets.

Tell me about allergies, skin sensitivities or conditions (keloiding, eczema, psoriasis) before we book.
If you’re sick (fever, flu, COVID-like symptoms), reschedule. Don’t come in ill.
Single-use or properly sterilised equipment, universal precautions, every session.
Send clear references and describe your idea, size and placement when you book.
Small day-of tweaks are welcome. A big redesign may need a new appointment.
Custom designs stay mine and may be reused or adapted unless we agree on exclusivity in writing.

The first two weeks decide how it looks for the next twenty years. Pick the method you left with.
Leave the wrap on for 2–4 hours (second-skin: 3–5 days).
Wash gently with unscented soap and lukewarm water, pat dry with a clean paper towel.
Thin layer of unscented lotion 2–3× a day once it starts to dry. Less is more.
No soaking — pools, baths, oceans — and no direct sun for 2–3 weeks.
Don’t pick or scratch the flakes. Let it heal on its own.
Once healed, SPF 30+ keeps it crisp for years.
