1. 0118+ on the day, with a valid photo ID. No exceptions, even with a parent.
2. 02Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.
3. 03Pay more up front, save more — 20% down (bookings $250+): 5% off, 2 reschedules; paid in full (bookings $100+): 10% off, 3 reschedules.
4. 04Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your session. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
5. 05Evening sessions (starting 5 PM+) are +$25 · After-hours sessions (starting 7 PM+) are +$50.
6. 06Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your session.
7. 071 guest max. No pets.
8. 08Stack up to 3 flash pieces in one session — each extra is 50% off.

12. 12If you’re sick (fever, flu, COVID-like symptoms), reschedule. Don’t come in ill.
13. 13Single-use or properly sterilised equipment, universal precautions, every session.
14. 14Send clear references and describe your idea, size and placement when you book.
15. 15Small day-of tweaks are welcome. A big redesign may need a new appointment.
16. 16Custom designs stay mine and may be reused or adapted unless we agree on exclusivity in writing.

1. 01Leave the wrap on for 2–4 hours (second-skin: 3–5 days).
2. 02Wash gently with unscented soap and lukewarm water, pat dry with a clean paper towel.
3. 03Thin layer of unscented lotion 2–3× a day once it starts to dry. Less is more.
4. 04No soaking — pools, baths, oceans — and no direct sun for 2–3 weeks.
5. 05Don’t pick or scratch the flakes. Let it heal on its own.
6. 06Once healed, SPF 30+ keeps it crisp for years.
